·  Analyze your application and conceive a system using standard                       components to most adequately perform the necessary functions

·  create a drawing depicting the proposed system

·  quote the proposed system

 

Design

·  all components complete with necessary options identified

·  all controls, itemized when required

·  layout drawings provided for design approval

·  print packages, complete with bills of material, P&I diagrams,                           data sheets and where 	required electrical and control  schematics

 

Construction

·  fabricate base plates and support frames

·  assemble all components

·  system is completely pre-piped and wired requiring only system hook-up                and utility connections at the site

 

Installation

·  assistance of any degree given

·  installation quoted separately

 

The technical services normally consist of three elements as follows:

 

· Plant operating and maintenance (O&M) manuals

· Mechanical commissioning assistance

· Process training and start-up assistance

 

For pre-assembled systems mechanical commissioning assistance is automatically performed during shop assembly, and separate site service is not required.

This technical service is intended to allow local staff to acquire knowledge on operating and starting of the equipment so that the plant can be run and maintained in optimum conditions in the years to come.
