We manufacture and sell Carmel scraped surface heat exchangers in Canada for Export Sales. You may provide us with your specific design requirements, or our product engineering department can recommend the appropriate system based on your product requirements. Our new bi-metal ribbed product tubes are another feature that we utilize in our scraped surface heat exchangers to improve efficiency, tube longevity (due to the gasket and/or seal areas being manufactured of very corrosion resistant materials), while still constructing the body of the tube from materials with a higher co efficiency of heat transfer to the product. We can supply you with replacement tubes for most all brands of scraped surface heat exchangers you are already running. We also manufacture replacement nickel, or stainless tubes for applications that require that material of construction.
