The technical services normally consist of three elements as follows:   Plant operating and maintenance (O&M) manuals Mechanical commissioning assistance Process training and start-up assistance   For pre-assembled systems mechanical commissioning assistance is automatically performed during shop assembly, and separate site service is not required.   This technical service is intended to allow local staff to acquire knowledge on operating and starting of the equipment so that the plant can be run and maintained in optimum conditions in the years to come.
